love all the comments, im just learning how to navigate on this site. very busy this summer, great fishing with susan abd shelley and visit with donnie and sharron. many excursions with gradkids, last weekend in tyler with alley and family, matt and family here from mexico and spoke at Shawn reeves church and the Rotary club in Paris. Andy and i tried a new hot spot in Austin, plexiglass dance floor with live sharks and sting rays swimming under our feet. DJ only and not our kind of music. while you were frolicking thru the turning leaves on the east coast, susie merri and i went out to west tx for a visit. we saw aunt joyce. i thought she looked just fine. she had a real cute short hair cut. we had a friday night hamburger cookout at kim and chris's lovely lakehouse. saturday night we had a fish fry at bill's river shack. it is really neat out there. lots of pecan trees along the river. on our drive home we stopped at the wildflower seed place in fredericksburg. all in all it was a really fine weekend. that's about it from houston. will be in lockhart nov 1 and 2 for the bookfair and race for cure in austin. see ya.

sounds as if your february is as full as ours. have been trying to find a Saturday lunch when linda wasn't working so she and jimmy could join us. looks like it may have to be March. the older we get the busier we are. have a wonderful Valentine Day in Virginia.love Bobby

Just wanted to let you know it was my thyroid causing me to be so tired...went to dr. yesterday...going in for B12 shot and am now on thyroid med....should be back to my old self in a couple of weeks....Really good to see you and Walter.....

Carol Jean, just wanted to let you know that Don's mother passed away Friday morning...service was today...I came home tonight...Don will be staying with his dad for a few more days....their 64th wedding anniversary is Dec. 21...my, how blessed they were....Hope all is well with you....merri lynn
